£30 or £80 Can you tell the difference, do your eyes let you down?

£80 or £30? Whilst out shopping this week I saw a fab cardi for sale - tried it on loved it and went to the till to pay for it. Then fell over as it was £50 more than I thought …yes £80 and not £30.
My eyes had let me down again and what did I do? Annoyed with my fuzzy vision and embarrassed under the glare of an expectant sales assistant I paid up and left!

What has happened to my once sharp eye sight? Age that's what! So with the muscles behind my eyes getting weak and lazy it's time to take action and see if I can help my eyes, despite already wearing glasses, regain their ability to decipher a price tag. Otherwise no more shopping for me!

Now on my food shopping list are spinach, kale, broccoli and leafy green vegetables, bilberries, blueberries and red foods such as cranberries and red wine (obviously in moderation) and more. Read our whole article here on changes to your vision and what you can do about it.
