It is true that exercise burns calories, tones the body, generates energy, and makes you feel good. But, when starting a weight loss regime - we are what we eat and this is where we should start.

Well, it’s official if you want to lose weight – exercise alone does not cut it. Just think that to work off a snack item such as a Mars Bar you would have to do Aqua Aerobics for 50 minutes (and emerge like a ghostly prune!!) Or that chocolate chip muffin you need to go mountain climbing for 45 minutes!! These are just 2 examples but you get the picture.
And these are just the in-betweenies. For your main course if you eat a Chicken Tikka Masala you would have to run at a moderate pace for 1hr 40 minutes.
