Recipe for whiter teeth
The malic acid in strawberries helps to remove surface discolouration. Do not do this more that once a week because the acids will attack the enamel.
- 1 strawberry
- Half teaspoon of baking soda
- Mix together and brush on your teeth.
- Leave for 5 minutes and no longer.
- Rinse and brush thoroughly with toothpaste.
