What we do believe is that all skin should be protected with an SPF. Our favourite is the light and non greasy  with UVA and UVB protection formulated to take care of your skin and maximise any cosmeceutical treatments.

It’s well known that what you eat reflects in your skin – eat junk consistently and your skin will, over time show it. Even if you eat a reasonable diet, the nutrients in food cannot always be guaranteed, so taking a good Multi-Vitamin and Mineral supplement is good health and skin insurance.

For general all round skin care from within we like a good dose of Flax Seed Oil, Zinc  and B Complex.

Make sure you include in your diet:

  • Eat lots of fibre.
  • Snack on raw foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, sprouts, and seeds all have enzymes that help your body convert food into the nutrients that are needed for skin and good circulation
  • Include green leafy veggies for a rich source of trace minerals.
  • Drink fresh vegetable and fruit juices. As it’s probable that your digestive system isn’t working hard enough for you. Juiced fruit and vegetable are a potent way to deliver nutrients straight to your bloodstream. To get the freshest invest in a Juicer.
  • Add Flax to your diet – either with seeds or cold pressed Oil
