What is it?
Spirulina is a microscopic blue-green algae. It grows in the shape of a perfect spiral coil, in the sea and fresh water and is cultivated to produce a complete natural super food. Higher in protein than soy, higher in Vitamin A than carrots, and packing more iron than beef. It is a rich source of the essential fatty acid GLA easy to digest and guess what .. it is LOW in FAT.

How long should you take this for?
You can take Spirulina on its own and gain the wonderful nutrient benefits to help a variety of health concerns. However, if you take Chorella too (in a ratio of 2 Spirulina to 1 Chorella) then the combination gives maximum nutrients.
Supplements they should be taken for 3 months or more to really see the benefit – not a sales spiel a fact!
