Where have my eye lashes gone?

Why are my eye lashes sparse?Long lustrous thick lashes ... gone south with everything else?

Well mine have and no matter how many coates of mascara I can get on every morning they still look mean and thin. With hair sprouting everywhere else when we age, why is it that our lashes go the other way and thin and lose their glamorous flutter.

If an abrupt loss thereason could be medication or an underlying condition so check with your doctor who will be able to confirm this for you) But if like most of us it's your age the answer could be to feed your lashes up with a strengthening formula that contains amino acids to encourage growth. After using Lash Food for 2 and a bit months now a difference is emerging.

Lash Foods are best used twice on clean lash lines and should be used over a 3 month period for results to show, so not for the impatient.

In the short term go for falsies.

Make sure that those lashes you do have get a fighting chance for survival and follow some simple rules.

  • Always remove your make-up at night
  • Choose a gentle mascara that removes easily without rubbing
  • Get a decent eye make-up remover rather that using your facial cleanser
  • Go easy with the eyelash curlers crimp gently and avoid a big squeeze
  • Make sure your diet is balanced and rich in vitamins and minerals. Taking a multi vitamin and mineral supplement helps take care of this
